Footpaths

The Parish Council maintains a number of footpaths in the vicinity of the village on behalf of the county council. These are cut twice a year, usually in May and July under contract. However this is weather dependent and delays are common. Notwithstanding the Parish Council endeavours to ensure that paths aren't blocked, we cannot guarantee that they will be free of vegetation.

If you find a footpath is overgrown excessively and/or is blocked please report it directly to the Suffolk County Council Highways team, which deals with all right-of-way issues.  Its reporting tool maybe accessed here. Please also e-mail the Clerk here. Thank you.
