Parish Council Communications

It is important to be able to communicate with everyone in the parish. The Parish Council does by posting information on the Parish Council noticeboards, regularly updating this website and a newsletter delivered to every home each spring and autumn.

However none of these methods make it very easy to communicate proactively with parishioners. Therefore in addition to the existing communications we would also like to be able to email parishioners with relevant Council news.

This enables us to make everyone aware of up to date news from the parish, district and county councils, it also means we can notify you of upcoming meetings and other news. We expect there to be no more than one email per month.

To receive email updates from the Parish Council you need to give your consent by opting-in to give your agreement to receive these emails. You can also opt-out at any time. Your data will be help in complete confidence in line with our Data Protection Policy. Our Clerk, Sue Frankis, is the Parish Council Data Protection Officer.

To opt-in to receive email communications please email Sue Frankis at clerk.coddenhampc@gmail.com.

Please let Sue know that you would like to receive email updates and confirm the email address to send them to.

To opt-out at any time, or to change your email details, please contact Sue.
